A worderful friend lead me to a site, titled "The Generous Wife", about how to be a wonderful wife and what to do to "spice" things up, and just how to treat your husband! So here goes some tips! And wives...."Be Generous Wives"

• I Want to Hold Your Hand : So as a tip idea ... the part about respecting your spouse and treating them and their needs with kindness and understanding. A need is a need is a need. Judging the value of your spouse's need is judging your spouse in a way. How kind it is to value them by valuing their needs (however silly the need may seem to you at the moment).


• Bedroom Check : Time for another bedroom check. How romantic and lovely is your bedroom? Are there piles of laundry laying around? Not very romantic. Fold them and put them away. Piles of papers? Sort and file them. Straighten up, put on fresh sheets and set out a candle or two. Make your bedroom that special room for just the two of you, where you can talk and share and love.

• Answer Softly : When your husband is having a bad day or is just generally being testy, be sure to speak kindly and softly to him. It will make it easier for him to get back on track and it will let him know that you understand he's struggling and that you love him.

Fabulous Fathers Day Fun Fiasco!

We had a fun filled day yesterday at the In-Law's! We played outside all day long! TJ's dad bought this HUGE AWESOME slide last year and so we pulled it out and put it up! The Kids were having a BLAST and SOOO did the Parents and Grandparents!!! It was SOOOo much fun! I wish I was again! Here is Randon and Shelby! We are sooo excited cousin Shelby moved back!

To the Best In-Laws in the world: Here are TJ's parents. They would probably kill me for putting there picture on the internet...But I just had to! They went down the SLIDE TOO!!! They are sooo sweet and soo awesome! :) Happy Father's Day PaPa!

Bible Verses

A good friend of mine sent me this e-mail this morning, and I just wanted to share it!

I just wanted to share these verses with you. They have really helped me lately. When I think of the things that I want for my life and marriage, and start to feel like it is impossible, I try to remember these verses.

Ephesians 3:20 God is able to do immeasurably more than all we could ask or imagine.
Psalms 37:4 Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.
1 John 5:14 And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him.
Psalm 102:17 He will listen to the prayers of the destitute, He will not reject their pleas.

Thanks Jessica! It always feels good to be "reassured" that God is there for us! :)

Children

Here are a few update pictures on my children :)!!! I haven't had any of Reyna in a while..but here are my 2 youngest kiddos!!! Randon acting silly!! And he lost is first tooth! He is sooo proud, and wants to know about the Tooth Fairy everyday! He just thinks is sooo awesome that someone flies in his room and leaves money under his pillow! hahah...they are so innocent at that age!

And here is the baby of the family! Dixie, my youngest daughter, playing in the back yard. Trying to survive while Randon tries to run over here with his fourwheeler! That CHILD!!!! :)

Work, Work, Work!

This is a sad day at American National Bank. Emily (in the middle) is not here today. SHE LEFT ME!!!! Emily no longer works here and that makes me sooo sad! Here is a picture of Felicia, Emily, and Me at Emily's going away party! Even though she got a better job, I was really bummed about coming to work with out her! Here is to you and your fruit snacks Emily! Come Visit SOOOONNN :) Here are few of the other girls I work with too! They are they best Friends EVER!!!! Such sweet Christian girls :)
